Service Hours Opportunity

February 25, 2009 by · Comments Off

My name is Elizabeth Done , a parent at Old Orchard School. We are proud to announce that our school will be having its Carnival on Friday May 15th from 4-7pm on our campus in Valencia. I would like to reach out and connect with any of your older Boy Scouts that may need to earn service hours to see if working at our carnival would be of any interest to them. There are several ways that the young men can earn service hours. We will have a set up schedule and a clean up schedule. There will be about 6 different game booths, a watermelon eating contest, potato sack races and a cake walk. They can choose anything that is of interest to them. As you can see, Im trying to make sure that our event is well run by mature, responsible young men. I am one of three moms that is running this event for our school and I know that it will be a blast as well as a safe environment to work in.
Please feel free to have anyone that is interested call me directly.
